I thoroughly enjoyed this property - exceptionally comfortable hotel.

The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a shopping area, not far from the beach and local food outlets, and restaurants and beach. The whole room was nicely furnished and brand-new with all the basics, all the amenities and appliances.

The personnel was fantastic friendly and affable. I really enjoyed the room in the main bedroom which was awesome, the bed was very comfy. - the location is particularly good, with the bus stop within a 10-minute walk. - There were a bakery and stores around the hotel. The Strand in New Plymouth provided a fantastic experience during my 2-night stay. the personnel, including the owner, were friendly and accommodating. the room in the main bedroom was awesome, and the bed was very comfy. Additionally, the hotel's location is particularly convenient, with the bus stop just a 10-minute walk away, and there were nearby bakeries and stores.

Had an awesome time during my thanksgiving stay at this cozy motel. Perfect location, within walking distance of cafes and shops, and easy access to the coastal walk. Loved the daily room service and the private patio area which was perfect for enjoying the warm summer days. the free wifi and comfortable beds were a plus.

The bathroom was quite chilly and lacked proper ventilation. the cheap plastic dining table, and wobbly chair covering impacted the quality of the furniture.

Located just a stone's throw from the beach, the hotel's location can't be beaten. With its close proximity to local restaurants and shops, everything is right at your doorstep. the large private patios and spacious units offered great value for money.

While the room itself was comfortable with updated facilities, the outdated laundry facilities were not up to standard.

Cleanliness and friendly staff. The room was cleaned every day and it was a nice touch to have fresh towels waiting for us. , the location was great – close to the beach and only a short drive from the city center. there was parking on site which was convenient.

Our Easter weekend stay was ruined by the noise. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, making it difficult to sleep.
